Lenders First Choice

Well I called B of A (it took many calls to get the right person). The funding officer told me they had many $$ in the escrow acct. of LFC and the loans weren't funding and were trying to get their money back. The loans would have to reclose and one of the title co.'s they are going to use is NCS. So I'm thinking we are all out of our closing fees guys. I'm sick about this however I feel worse for the seniors who are waiting for their money and it isn't going to happen and it seems not anytime soon.

I'm sick about this..I live less then 5 miles away from this place and I had no idea..guess I really need to read the boards more...they have called me three times in the last 2 weeks including july 30th!! I even hand delivered the docs!!!

National Closing Solutions
They are an arm of Placer Title, who is under MotherLode Title Co.

If they call you, you will be offered $50 + $15 for edocs. From there, it will be up to you if you can negotiate (not a lot of notaries in your area) or accept/decline.

They are wonderful people to work with, of course, as they are asking you to do something and when one is asking, one is nice, sweet, wonderful, etc. They pay, or used to pay, every week.

They used to pay very well, many moons ago.

There is a questionaire on their site to fill out and if approved they send a signup package.
On the site it asks what our fees are, I figured I wouldn't hear from them however they accepted my XXX fee. They will probably use me as a last resort. In keeping steadfast on my fee the low ballers still call under duress and that's fine.
