Lenders First Choice
Has any one got a check from lenders first choice since they closed? Thy still owe me for 4 signings

I received checks post-marked 1 day after their closing. Then no more. Try finding out if the specific branch and escrow officer took it's clients/business to another title company to fund the loans. Maybe they could cut you the check there. Sorry that's all I've got!

Maybe. He might be a cousin. My father was the youngest of 10 kids. So for the longest time when I was growing up I thought my cousins were my uncles We are in Orange County, LA and Phoenix. If he is from any of these places, chances are good!

"Rubalcava" caught my attention also.
I have Texas friends who are Rubalcaba with a B.
Never saw the name outside of this family.

The last name does sound awfully familiar... I grew up in the Port Hueneme-Oxnard area myself.. Thru the 70's and into the '80s when I left for Alaska ..
