Belly up, boots up whatever you like they are gone.
Maybe you can sort it out in BK court?

Jo, first of all - please stop screaming with the caps.
LFC has been long gone for several weeks now, and it has been discussed on the board throughly. Use the orange search button and you'll find all kinds of information about them.

They were into us for several hundred for a year or so ... we FINALLY got paid last year but were foolish enough to do another assignment for them in mid-July... just before they closed... so we're out $110.

I normally got paid from LFC in a pretty timely manner. I left a message for someone at the bank to return my call.
If I have to, I will call the borrower and get it from them. Drastic measures for drastic times, I guess. The borrowers may tell me to go pound salt, but it is worth a try.
I am tired of getting burned by companies who cannot pay their vendors. Luckily, they only owed me for 1 closing, but I have had that happen to me now about 9 times this year. It adds up and I feel it.
Does anyone know the possibility of forming a class to sue these jokers?
