Yesterday she called and I accepted an order for last evening for $150. I checked on NR and saw many negative posts. I e-mailed her back declining the order telling her it was due to the unfavorable NR feedback. She e-mailed again and said ... We issue payment withung 2 weeks to 30 days. Any issues on notary rotary I thought I had taken care of. Please let me know should you reconsider. Thanks....

Does anyone with recent experience with this company that will make me kick myself for losing $150? As it turned out, it would have been a fiasco of a night - I didn't get in until 10:30 anyway because my docs for my 5:00 appt (45 minute drive) arrived at 5:35 and I had quite a bit of juggling to do with my other appts.

Sue....I don't have personal experience with them

but from what I've read elsewhere, several notaries are complaining that they haven't been paid despite her overtures of getting the company back on track...I sent you a PM

I'm shocked they agreed to pay $150 - the one job I did for them I could only get $115 out of them. I took it because it was a morning appt and it was close-by. I did have to inquire about where my payment was (took 64 days), but this was in March 2007.

Well, she offered $100. I said $150. She said $125. I said $150. Confirmation came through at $150.

Anyway, I've received quite a few pm's on this company (8 actually). If I were to rate companies with one being terrible and ten being wonderful, these guys would have a zero. Not one good comment and some weren't just about slow pay but other issues.

From the search it appears they've been around for a while so they must do something right at some point but since I'm in another state, we won't be doing business together.

They called me on a Friday morning in June for a 10 am Saturday appointment. I told them I could do it as I was going out of town Saturday at Noon but would have time to do the signing at 10 am. At 10:30 am I had not yet received the documents, they had not responded to my email or to the phone calls I placed. So I went out of town. They called me around 11 am and told me the documents were going to be sent any minute. I reminded them that the appointment had been for 10 am and that I had tried to contact them with no response and that I had already left the area and would not be back until Monday. She acted like I was the bad guy and got p/o'd and hung up. I don't need that type of business!
