Precision Document Signing / Unified Title and Settlmt, MI

Has anyone done any signings for either of these companies lately. From what I understand, Precision Document Signing is a Division (Signing Co) of UT&S. I went out of my area to help them with a closing, and when working my A/R called them and did not get a return call, then finally called the TC (Unified Title) and got a recording that they were no longer in business. I have gotten phone numbers, but of course, anyone I call will not answer, so I leave a Voice Mail..............and to my surprise............no one has returned my all yet!

Must be another one to add to the Out of Biz list!!!

Just curious if anyone has recieved payment recently from these guys.
