I'm not positive I did, but if the one I found is the same one then they're an LLC - you're going to have to do a corporate search so get their agent for service.

Yep -an LLC but I don't quit! It is a matter of principle. I contact the Title Co, the Lender to let them know they are dealing with a deadbeat, usually I try Better Business, the State Attorney General, Collection, etc etc etc....thanks for the info!

2 choices- one wait and maybe get paid

or Send them a certified letter with a drop dead date(check in your hands) or Ocean Notary Services, LLC will file Theft of Service charges in there town (warrant will be issued for the arrest of the mangers of the LLC)

If you do file TOS charges you can no longer go after the money, 99% of the time you will have a check on or before the drop dead date. (no one wants to be arrested)

I just wanted to let you know my experience with this company. So far I have been paid for the 2 that I did recently. He does want to do direct deposit so I agreed and was paid as promised.
