RE:Flex Agents Signing Team

Just an FYI. When you call Flex Agents Signing Team they answer as Richmond Title. Located in Plano,TX.

I called about my check to day. "We are a little behind" was the responce. My responce "Your payment is do in 30 DAYS. Do not put my payment on "the back burner." He then tells me he'll mail the check today. Well I'll see if I have it by monday. If not I'll take Jack's info. and put it to good use FTC.

Soooo if these folks owe you better give them a Reminder CALL and see when and if your check has gone out.

I don't bother to much with signings anymore. Forgot about all the time spent on "show me the money" game. Geeez I hate to call people that already know better then not paying a notary on time.

That's exactly what happened to me when I did my one and only job for them last Feb. I finally called looking for the check and it appeared that they had a stack of checks right there by the phone - they found mine and said they would mail right out, which they did. The check was dated right after the funding, but they held onto it for another 45 days until I called.

Doesn't that just drive you NUTS!

Fortunately I have a policy that goes as follows: If I do not have a payment check with 29 days you can expect a call at 9 AM.

There is NO reason why a notary should not have their check in their hands by the 29th day from the closing. Period and No Excuses. I did my job now pay me.

For over two years now I have been selling Native American items as my Full-Time job. I am running a business which calls for immediate payment or you just do not get the merchandise. So now I have a whole different outlook on how notaries should be paid. Companies that hire a notary have the Luxury of no credit checks, no pre-payment (CC-Debit Card or at least Google Checkout. Just some stranger telling you that they will pay you for your services. HA! To bad but notaries are also going to have to set some Very Hard and Fast rules before they pull out of their driveway. If you do not pay or bounce a check to the notary expect to have repercussions.

In closing fellow notaries Follow-UP, Follow-UP on those invoices. Never be afraid to ask for your money.
