Secure Signing Inc.

I did a closing for this company on 4/25/08 and as of this date have not been paid.

When I call the phone number listed it says the mail box is full and their website is under construction.

Anybody know anything or is a company that just goes around taking advantage of notaries.

Are you talking about Secure Signing out of Md? If so, good luck on getting paid. It will take you awhile and lots of hounding. Did you try fax?

I had a "No Sign" that I did for them back in 10/2006 and they requested that the Borrower's copies of edocs be left with the Borrower because I would be the one to go back when she did decide to sign and not to worry because I WOULD be paid. Well, I hounded and hounded for pay. Contacted Lender and never did get my fee. At that same time I wasn't the only one after them for money. I haven't seen a good word said of them since then and probably won't. As for your fee, you probably won't see that unless you take them to court and usually it isn't worth the time nor the effort. I'm surprised they are still in business and giving us notaries the "$crew".

I also did a closing for them 4/23/08 and no pay. When you call, they are nasty. I started collections on them. They work out of their home. New address is 1710 Bennett Rd., Eldersburg, MD 21784-7073.
