Soap Boxes

Why must so many Notaries on this forum forever be on a soap box about something?
Even simple questions get answered with references to others' morals. Please remember this is a forum about our work. If you must vent, go to the Politics Forum!

Pat, if you must vent about someone supposedly venting, go to the politics forum. Remember, this is a forum about our work.

Between Phillip's question about what Pat's standing on and

this -->> **Pat, if you must vent about someone supposedly venting, go to the politics forum. Remember, this is a forum about our work.** from WDMD...I'm in stitches over here!

I, too, should probably be posting this in politics but somehow this thread reminds me of a nursery rhyme, The House That Jack Built...you know...it's not a story about Jack's house, but a rhyme about a heck of a lot of stuff connected to that house that Jack built.

===================

This is the house that Jack built.

This is the malt that lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cat that killed the rat
That ate the malt that lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the priest all shaven and shorn
That married the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cock that crowed in the morn
That waked the priest all shaven and shorn
That married the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the farmer sowing his corn
That kept the cock that crowed in the morn
That waked the priest all shaven and shorn
That married the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

Thanks hon, haven't heard that one in a long time.
How is Notary Dog?
Pooh was getting real slow but I got her some pills ($) and she is doing much better. Just postponing the inevitable I know, but we are going down the road together as long as we can.
