At least from my experience, filing a complaint with the BBB does absolutely nothing with regards to getting you paid...It does create a red flag for others intelligent enough to research companies before engaging in a business relationship with the company in question. As for Closing Quest, they have been a poor company to work with for at least 1.5 years, probably more. Their feedback has been horrible for about that long or longer, so the short of it is, never deal with them. You can try to express your concern to the idiot in charge, Todd, but I also tried that path and he proved useless, rude, and unconcerned. He is a complete A$$Hole. MY advice is to file a small claims suit against them, and report them to the SOS. You'll probably waste more time than it's worth, but you may feel better about it.
Good Luck

Closing Quest> File a complaint online with the FTC (http://www.ftc.gov). They doing business across state lines, using both phone and website to transact business nationwide. Federal statutes prohibit such fraudulate activities, procuring services with no intent to pay.
