in the state of va. you can request actual travel expenses but what is the amt you can ask for mileage
per mile?

It is not necessary to hit the "new message" button to ask another question pertaining to the topic you already started. You can read someone's response to your original post, then hit "post" at the bottom to add further comments or pose a new question within that topic.

It's not so much the mileage if you consider the actual cost of running your car. The feds have reset the mileage deduction at something like .58 per mile. (correct me if I am wrong) Actual cost depends on car type. MPG depreciation etc. It all depends on how detailed you want to get.
