watch the dates on the doc's

Mostly on the RTC. I have had 3 this week where they were wrong and dated right around the time Mercury company did all their closings.I t could be these are the loans in the pipeline when they made their move and these have been farmed out to other tc's
2 other area notaries have told me they are also catching this in their docs.

When they print docs thats the Date on RTC you can change it have customer initial it.
same date will be on all docs even frt of deed of trust dont change that date will void docs

Oh i Forgot to tell you watch out for future docs they are docs that come out with a date in the future on them say today 8-9-08 they will have 8-11-08 they are date you should signing them lock for that date if you sign them on 8-9-08 they will be voided no good.redraw more work for you.good luck
