21 Century Legal Service Loan Modifications

Please has anyone heard of this company? I have done a search with the BB and nothing comes up. My signer is asking if they are a legitimate company. The caller id herself only as Micky no last name, seemed somewhat un professional and with so much fraud I am not sure about this one. Help any suggestions where to look?

your response should have been ... I am only meeting with you to be sure the paperwork is signed correctly. You will have to do your own homework about the company and their products. ..

They are located in Rancho Cucamonga CA.

This company in not 21st Century Real Estate Investment Corporation unless they use 2 different names and both are located in Rancho Cucamonga?

I have worked for the one in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and have done 1 loan modification application for them.

I have worked with this company and I have a couple of clients that have been helped by 21st century legal services. I seriously believe that they are very legit and maybe this"Micky" was a new person working for them and did not know how to represent herself. The ladies I have worked before are really friendly and professional. You are right about all the fraud going on, pleople need to do research. But I have only good things to say about 21st Century Legal Services.
