85.00 for Loan Docs

I received a request from aycs( at your convinience signings) they wanted to pay $85.00 for edocs and copies for the borrower and driving to him home. Aside from that they didnt send the Docs. They were attempting to send them from an iphone. Im not sure but this is pretty unfair.

That really doesnt' sound fair to me either Claudia. I tell ss's that my fee is xxx for signings, plus xx for edocs. Most the good ones have no problems with me fee but i've had low-ballers who have literally hung up on me...lol

That is not a fair fee even for an overnighted package never mind for edocs!

I would have turned them down, then they wouldn't have attempted to send me the docs.

I wouldn't have taken it for $85. I know it's hard times, but that's just too low.

why were they trying to send you the docs? If you accepted the order, why are you now saying it's "pretty unfair"?

Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies offering $85-$90 w/edocs these days.
Again, it's all about what we are willing to accept.
