Advanced Closing Service

I just added this company to Signing Central as a: NO PAY Company. It has been over 4 months since I closed a loan for them and still have not been paid. I left numerous messages for Jonathan & Derrick out of Annville, PA and they have made alot of empty promises. I would not recommend taking any assignments with Advanced Closing Service.

Have you contacted the title company for assistance in getting paid from the signing service they hired? There was a great thread recently about collection techniques. Do a search for message # 270872.
