American Real Estate Services Now Known as Fusion Title LLC
in Branford, CT owes me for bounced check fees and despite promising numerous times since October that the "check is in the mail" (which I have in writing) has failed to reimburse me.
This company is ran by JACQUELINE A. PURCELL, DONNA DURMAZLAR, and ALLISON PURCELL.
I can not seem to add them to Signing Central because there is a duplicate somewhere. Once that is cleared up this will be there.

I have a notary account and my signing service is also listed in Signing Central.

Re: American Real Estate Services (Formerly)
Not surprising! I had a wicked experience with them (Jackie Polverari at the time) back in late 2007. Within days after posting my negative comments in the NNA Company Directory, there were two 5-star ratings added. I would have been shocked if not by her and a cohort. Interestingly, another 1-star rating was added later.

I definitley would not advise any notary to close loans for Fusion Title, LLC. They lie, lie, lie, and when they finally do send you a check, it bounces. I called and left so many emails that they finally overnighted me a check that was $115 short and bounced less than a week later. I have decided to take them to court and all of you other notaries that they are not paying should do the same. DO NOT CLOSE LOANS FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You sound like a bitter woman Fran. I never had a problem and I know many people in my "notary" group out here in Hartford County that all work with them and not one of them had a problem with them either. Im new to this forum thing and now I know why I stayed away... bad mouthing people just makes you look bad.

Re: So which is it? Do you work for them or are you them?
Get real. I got a check that cleared in Feb for signings I did in May! And that was only after posting on the forums.

I have had many dealings with this company and they have all been good. I have worked for them doing closing for 3 years and have always been handled professionally. The owner of the company really takes care of the people that work with them. If you did not get paid then you are either the gentleman that is bad mouthing them all over the place because you got fired or you did something completely wrong with the closing. As far as bounced checks go, I have had a bounced check once from them do to a large Title Company going out of business and bouncing a check to them. They paid me within 5 days and made it right by even paying my bank fees. They did change their name recently due to the fact that there is a real estate company by the same name in the same town.
I would recommend their company to anyone!

I'm sure that this is Jackie posting from her notary account. I have emails to back up the number of times their checks bounced and I have emails to back up the many lies they told me. Stop posting from an anonumous account Jackie! I stand by everything I've stated and I stand behind Frances' comments.

Would like to add that days before the Anonymous reply, I received a check from them. Off course it was drawn a different bank which means they've closed yet another bank account. It has not yet been returned but it has also not cleared yet.

This message and all threads and all messages related are false. American Real Estate Services had never been known as any other company nor was it ever affiliated in any way to Fusion Title LLC. The two companies did not even do the same thing. American Real Estate Services was a notary closing company and a title search company. Fusion Title LLC was a partnership LLC owned by an attorney and another woman. Both companies are closed, and have been closed for over 3 years but yet this message and thread is still coming up 5 years later on google? Seems odd to me. The sad thing is that Notary Rotary has been contacted several times about the inappropriatness of this posting and has done nothing about it. Notary Rotary has a "Terms of Use" and a "Rules & Guidelines" but if they dont follow these themselves then how are the people posting following this. The individual people mentioned in these threads were not even the owners of any of the companies. this is easy enough to find out. Shame on all of you who posted along the lines of the first message, especially not knowing the truth about things. But apparently Notary Rotary doesn't seem to care at all about truthful postings only postings to deliberatly try to hurt people.

Of course it's going to come up - karma's a real
<bleep> isn't it. Why are you still googling this 4 years later? Are you testing the waters for a new company?

Re: Of course it's going to come up - karma's a real
you have no idea what you are talking about at all. Apparently you are just filled with venom, by the indication of your post...my goodness. A new company? lol I would never own a company especially in this business. I never owned a company in this business...again, you are clueless
