Not once Al will you see me state that networks members charge the same thing sir. Only did I state that it was my opinion. If you can quote me in any of my posts on this subject will I accept that I stated it as a matter of fact sir.

He was trying to show you the difference between a statement of fact and an opinion. Let's try again:

The sky is blue.
One plus one equals two.
Most networks agree on a fixed price amongst one another.

Ya get it? It's a statement (an extremely inflammatory one), not an offering of an opinion.

Here's another statement: You can judge a man's integrity by how he keeps his word.

That was a loaded question. Check the Wikipedia. Do I have to explain to you that it IMPLIES that you have or still are beating your wife, when, in fact, I have no idea if you even have a wife and certainly no knowledge of whether you have ever beat her.

But it leaves an impression, yes?

Just as your loaded statement in M#272157 "And NO I did not out any networks anywhere" IMPLIES that there are networks that could be outed, when, in fact, you have all kinds of evidence to the contrary. That, sir, is a loaded and uncalled for remark that I'm calling you on. Along with M#272163, where you state that networks do agree amongst themselves to set fees. (That is not a direct quote, but the direct quote can be accessed via the Message #).
