Background check email

Has anyone else received an email from Fiserv and LSI requiring us to have the NNA background screening? The one I have from Not Rot is as comprehensive and much more detailed than the NNAs. LSI is at least willing to look at other background screenings.

I feel if we have a good background screening it should be sufficient for all of our clients. Pretty soon you may see SS offering their own background screenings for a fee of course..This could be a cash generator.. ugh..

I got the email too, did you notice they want us certified by NNA? What a hoot. I get one closing a year from them.

No, they don't necessarily want you certified by NNA. They just said that if you are certified by NNA, you don't need to send them a copy of your BGC, they would just use your NNA cert as BGC verification.

FYI: Check your NNA / Signing Agent profile

Those of you who are NNA Certified & Background Screened should check your listing at NNA. I just did and my certification was gone. I called and they stated they had a problem with their website, which eliminated the status of alot of us and it is in the process of being fixed.
