Cogent Closing Services

Has anyone been paid by them in the last month? I sent an email to Todd Ehrlich on 11/24 and he responded that a check would go out that week. I didn't get a check and sent another email on 12/23 and he hasn't responded. I am out $850.

I contacted Todd on 12/5 and got my check on 12/8 for my October closings

This company is very hard to get paid by. It took me almost 3 months and then I think I only got paid because Carmella called me for another one and I asked her why she thought I would work for her when she owes me money for a 60+ overdue signing. I did receive my check about 2 weeks later but I'm not interested in working for them.
