Yikes. If that email had come from someone in my office...
They would get a loving beat down from me (and the boss). First, the grammar and punctuation are abysmal. The worst part, though, is the attitude of "Well, I have no idea. That's not my job. Go ask my boss."
UGH. Maybe it's just the industry I'm in, but we would NEVER respond to somebody like that. Whatever happened to taking ownership of an issue? Even if you can't answer a question, go find out. At the very least, give the impression that you tried.
Maybe I'm just growing increasingly intolerant of poor behavior and lack of courtesy, but it really annoys me.

I wrote a very nice email to her boss and said that I know these are tough times for everyone and I said, your company has always paid in 30 days. I also told him it saddened me to read the posts here regarding his company. I told him that he was not the only company having a hard time paying the notaries but the loans closed and I did not understand why the notaries are not being paid. He replied to my email instantly and told me that he would see that I got paid as soon as possible. A few minutes after his email I got an email from Carmella saying my check was going out in the mail. I emailed her and told her she made my day because it was my birthday. She wished me a happy birthday.
I mentioned to him that when I was in Atlanta, I stopped in the meet Carmella and she gave me a tour. I told him how inpressed I was with their operation, it was HUGE. This is Lenox Financial on the corner of Lenox Avenue in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. I told him I wished his company all the best and to have a Merry Christmas

I wrote and email to Todd on 11/24 and he responded right away that a check for "most" of my invoices would go out "this week", meaning it should have gone out by the day after Thanksgiving. I haven't received a check yet.
