I did a closing for them in April 2008. From this day I have not seen payment and the escrow and title company told me to contact one another to get paid. The companies do not return my calls and when I get a live person they slam the phone in my face. Any infomation can help a lot.

Find out who regulates title companies and/or escrow companies in Nevada and file a written complaint with that department certified mail, return receipt requested with copies to both companies.

Also, it's 8 months now - have you looked into whether you can file a small claims action against them? If not, respectfully I ask, why not? How much longer do you want to wait for your money?
