Worked for them once, they met my fee. Fortunately they did pay, but there are a couple of stories on a couple of other boards from notaries that didn't get paid.

If the loan doesn't fund, even if you made no errors, sent the docs back in time, they won't pay you .. not even a travel fee.

I will work under those conditions only if I get 95% of the notary fee. Because what are they really risking by giving away signings? They can keep $ 8.75 per signing I'll keep the rest. Yeah like is gonna happen. LOL!

What the heck they really thinking, that we are stupid?

No, they think we are desperate. And some are. That's what keeps some of these places in business.
