Fox, another deadbeat company, just like SOX

Does anyone know about this deadbeat Fox Signing Services? Their website says that they are not to be confused for SOX but they are behaving like SOX, they will not pay for signings I did in October nor will they return any calls. I talked to a Rich around the 19th and gave me a check no. that will be paid out and today, I have yet to see a dime of my money.

They used to be a slow pay a few years back but now unless you threaten them and get the title company/lender involved they don't pay. I took a last chance with them a few months ago because it seemed like a couple of recent posts were indicating they were paid within a reasonable amount of time and because it was about a mile from me. But I took precaution and kept all the contact information from the lender & title company. I also sent an email to Bree about 30 days and of course she would not email me to let me know whether or not a check was on its way. I immediatly called the title company and the girl was nice enough to also call and email Fox on my behalf. I then received a really nasty phone call from one of the woman at Fox and she was so unprofessional and said "How dare I call the title company!". I basically said that if Bree responded to my emails it wouldn't have to get to that point. They did immediatly send a check only because the Title company got involved but never again.

I am filing an official complaint with the licensing board for notaries in Pennsylvania in regards to Fox nonpayment. Here is the link to the form if anyone else is interested.

They should be stopped from doing business and their notary licenses should be pulled for booking notaries with no intention to pay. It is a crime called "theft of service".
