Good pay vs bad pay

I'm a brand new member today. Found your website by seeking Docuservusa.com.

Docuservusa does not pay. Owes me 100$ since May 08. I found Notary Rotary from searching on these bums. Worst part is that they probably changed their name, and still doing business.

LSI pays within a couple of weeks after closing.
They are great! Have had about 6 signings with them so far.

Anybody know how these three pay??? (not been paid by them yet)
-Speedy Closing and Title
-Advantage Document Services
-Loan Closers

Hi Kathryn, since you are new to the site, you may not know about this:

- Sign in to Notary Rotary
- Click on the "Signing Central" tab near the top of the page
- Look for the company you are interested in; Click on it
- Click on the link that says "Click here to view Member Comments"
- Read all the bad news about Speedy Closing and Title, and Advantage Document Services; I'm not sure if your Loan Closers is the same as the Loan-Closers.com that's listed
- Click on "Forum Discussion" to read related posts about each company

You can also use the orange search button on the "Notary Talk" page. This website is a fantastic resource to find out which companies to avoid.

I signed 2 loans for them and both paid well $$$ and in 30 days. That was Dec 2007 and Jan. 2008 not very up date information but I thought I would put it out there. I dont know any thing about the other two companys. Good Luck

Welcome. As you already have been directed, use Signing Central & the orange search button. There is a lot of feedback & input from some very experienced notaries, both good & bad. I work for Speedy Closing every now & then. They are a bit disorganized, and slow to pay, but they do pay. It's one of those "last minute rush, rush jobs & then wait, wait, wait for payment"--I hate that. We all have different criteria for our businesses, so best of luck to you!
