Help: Paypal
I'm PayPal Verified and I have the PayPal logo on my website. I have a customer who wants to pay for my notary services via PayPal. I can't figure out how to do it. I think I have to upgrade my account to allow for Merchant services. Is that correct?

You might be able to do it without upgrading...
try here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/req/index-outside
Or just give the person your email address and send them here:

Hey Michelle - I have sold some football tickets and buyers have paid me through paypal as mentioned by just giving them your email address to send it to. Once they send it, you can transfer it to your banking account. Usually takes a day or two once you request it.

It's been a while since I've used PayPal, but in the past, you could receive money from a bank account if you had a personal account, but you had to upgrade to a business account to receive credit card payments. Not sure if that is still the case.

Personal accounts can receive credit card payments. The following is from the PayPal "fees" table for a personal account:
Receive payments funded by Credit Card, Debit Card or Buyer Credit: 4.9% + $0.30 USD (limit of 5 transactions per 12 month period) for domestic or U.S. transactions
