LSI e-mail.
Dear Signing Agent:
The Holiday’s are upon us, and we know we have presents to wrap and holiday gatherings to go to. However, we still have MANY loans to close. Now more than ever, we ask that you stay close to your cell phones so our schedulers can get you assigned to our orders. Our lenders are pushing to close as many loans as we possibly can before the year end. We ask that you please -
pick up calls quickly go through loan documents and ensure documents are signed and stamped completely communicate signing issues promptly return original loan packages the same day or the next business day, or fax docs timely return confirmation of completed signings promptly
For those of you going out of town, please email your holiday schedule so we can temporarily hide your profile from our schedulers. This will save us all time by not making calls to you and you returning our calls.
As this year comes to a close, LSI would like to say we appreciate you as a provider and recognize your contribution to our company’s success and survival this past year. It was a tough year for all of us and we hope 2009 will bring more business for all of us.
Warmest Wishes and have a safe Holiday Season!

Re: This is the company that hired LIA Signings to cheat NSAs
They called me several times this past year. We never could agree on fees and I told them to not call me any longer until they decide to get realistic with the fees. One of the more outrageous fee offer to me was to do an edoc signing in Needles, a 370 mile round trip for $100. I could not understand why they were calling me, when there were notaries in Needles and I asked them this. "Well, they would not meet our fee" . I wonder what they were trying to offer a local notary.
