I received a call from this company on the 5th of Dec., 2008. Since they had very old info on me, I looked into notary forum. I declined the signing. Thanks everyone.

I received bankruptcy papers last week from this company! Thank goodness I am not owed anything at this point!
You made a wise move! I have done many closings for this company and they always paid on time. It's sad their business has come to this.

They are a signing service & may not necessarily be included in the bankruptcy.
