I have been approached by no less than 5 companies to assist with loan mods.
You actually won't be negotiating the mods, but advertising for debtors,
collecting debtor's information, and sending the debtor's payment to the company
who WILL be negotiating the mods.
Payment is only if they "buy" the service in many instances.
Unless, they are hiring and paying you to collect and send the information only,
regardless of whether the debtor follows through with the mod.
You need to ask more questions of the company.
