NAMB to File Lawsuit over RESPA Rule

The National Association of Mortgage Brokers has filed a lawsuit against HUD in response to the recently issued RESPA Final Rule. HUD was quick to react to the filing, questioning why “anyone would stand in the way” of transparency.
