NFRES - Have gotten 2 emails - 1 in Oct and

1 early Dec that my E&O was to expire on 12/31. (I renewed). I thought they were no longer in business - since June I thought?? Anyone else getting this or hearing from them in any way?

Received same email. Faxed updated info to them. The fax number appears to be operational. However, I haven't heard from them for any other reason. I even took them out of my active company file cabinet believing they were out of business. Maybe they are mustering a comeback.

Aren't they just an agent for the insurance.? They don't insure, do they.? So if that's true, and they actually went out, you'd still be covered by the insurance co that issued the policy. Correct me if I'm wrong.
