I did a closing for them on 10/17/08 and cannot even get someone to talk to me about my past due amount. Suppossedly Doug, the president, takes care of all of that, and he has not returned my phone call. A poorly prepared package that took me 2 hours to close. Told Renee I will bill the title company and/or customer if I do not get a call back or check within the next 10 days.
