Notary Entrepreneurship at it's best...
... http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/bar/953554744.html I just hope the subject doesn't decide they need two incredible witnesses (or is 'uncredible' ).

Here's the part I liked...
"the state sends me my seal and book".Wow what a deal, all I got was my commission.

Oh, there are just so many problems with that ad, I don't know where to start. The bit about the state sending the seal and journal are great.
I'll bet this person doesn't realize that he'll need to pay his county clerk to record his oath & bond...provided he's actually paid for the bond.

Holy Cow! How'd he pass the test is what I'd like to know. Lucky I guess...made all the right choices that fateful day the proctors administered the exam?

Well, he only needed 70% to pass... and
maybe he took one of those seminars that are only meant to pass the exam, not actually learn how to become a notary.

She is in Puerto Rico. I sent her an e-mail about her ad and boy did she ever send me a nasty e-mail back.
