PA Notary's

For the PA Notary's out there. Have you begun to see a spiked increase in business? What i'm hearing and seeing in the Pittsburgh area is a tremendous increase in refi's. I'm wondering if there is in increase in new purchases going on before the holidays.

Perhaps we will see a drastic increase on top of what is already going on in January. Certainly, many are holding off till after the holidays and with spring coming - Real Estate market may boom with these rates.
