Paid as agreed. Signing done on October 21, and received check on December 8th. I would like to note, I prefer to be paid within 30 days of closing, but none the less, they did send out payment when they stated they would. Thank you Paul

Paul and team are very good to work with. Never and issue always paid. received my check today as well just as promised.

Same here. So long as I get paid as promised, I'm happy. Paul has come through on several for me now. They are good to work with and seem to have their finances back on track.
