Posting a company in Signing Central

I am trying to post a company into signing central and it says that co. already exists in their database. There is only a couple of posts re this company but nothing in the actual list of co's. Why can't I post particularly when it is an excellent company? Help

Yes, just send them an email and they will fix it right away. That happens to me a lot.
