Professional Settlement Services - Ohio

Any recent info on this company? Did a search and found low pay comments - however they met my $XXX fee with no problem. They gave me the impression they are a TC and not a SS. I just looked up their website and they do appear to be a TC. I saw some comments about large packages, like 400 pages - does anyone have more specific details? Does that mean 200 pages printed twice? Or 400 pages for one package? (I think I'll give it back if that's the case.)

Still waiting for a confirm from them. They are not listed in Signing Central.

After reading additional comments, it seems that there are several companies that go by this same name. Not sure if the low pay and large package comments refer to this PSS in Ohio or to the others in Florida or California, as the location of the company was not addressed in those past postings. They canceled on me anyway.

we have never sent a package that large. i would not even do it. and yes we are a title company.
