Has anyone received an e-mail from them under the subject, "Professional Code of Conduct"? Attached was a pdf file, which I am reluctant to open for fear at was a virus/worm/trojan horse, etc. in disguise. TIA

The only reason why I opened the attachment was because I have an HSBC account. Is this the new way to spam notaries? Send your "rules update" to make the notary think..."ooo I must have signed up with this company."
