I received the e-mail also. If you look (if you still have the e-mail) it comes from HSBC. I'm wondering if IREP, the company that handled the in-house closings for HFC and Beneficial, has changed their name or HSBC is using a different company?

I also noticed it was HSBC -

since others have opened and spilled the contents, not necessary for me to verify by opening. Like others: delete!
