And how long will it be until they are a no pay from a slow pay? If they cant pay within a reasonable time frame, this is a red flag. And from what Ive been reading, they are getting slower and slower. Could this be cash flow problems? Hmmmmmmmm.
Just remember folks, who takes the biggest hit when a comp decides they arent staying in business anymore.

I was told last week that they are still slow on payment because of the economy. I don't understand what that has to do with the economy. That means to me that they intend to pay slow from the get go. Also, the accountant is also the office manager so she is in charge as well so you cannot talk to someone about the pay being slow. She is also extremely rude and unprofessional.
I told them a week or two ago that I will not so signings for them anymore. Just so you can see what I have been through here is a bit of the email I sent to the one lady there that I like, and who USED to be the manager, but now isn't. She has not power now to change things but I told her that I will not do signings for them anymore.
Here is some of it: "I wanted to let you know this and also let you know as you already know that XXX definately has some issues with customer service. I have never had someone be so rude on a continual basis in my whole 17 years in the business. I wanted to let you know this because she represents Signing Pro and that is how she is representing the company. Anyway, I don't think I can do signings for you in the future until I know that your payments are running an acceptable time frame of around 30 days. I already accept less than my normal fee for you guys and have had too many issues in the past with payment and less than professional behavior. You are great, but the person in charge of your operation is not professional and it upsets me too much to work with her. It is a very rare thing for me to say these things, but you seem to understand more than anyone in your company. Please remove me from your signing agent list for the time being. If you see that things change over there than let me know, but for now I cannot accept any future signings with Signing Pro. I am sorry to say these things and if you want to talk to me go ahead and call or email me, but I don't see any other solution for the time being. Thanks so much for the business and good luck in the future!"
Of course, no response.
They are one I won't work for again unfortunately.
