Sovereign Title Partners, Bratsafolis & Feinerman, et al.
I did a closing for these &*^%(*& on October 27, 2008. First of all, if anyone is having a problem collecting from the New York/Syosset group ... please pm me.
Secondly - apparently this was a case of crooks and more crooks. Refinance.com did business as Homebridge Mortgage. They also did business as Bratsafolis and Feinerman, Bratsafolis and Feinerman, LLC, Bratsafolis and Feinerman, LLPC, Homebridge Morgage, Sovereign Title and Refinance.com. They are all the same principals - Michael, Robert and Nicholas Bratsafolis. They are refusing to return my calls and numbers are disconnected. There fedex number is a "no bill" according to FEDEX, which means they didn't pay them either. Be careful -you will not be paid.
If you are having problems with them, please PM me. If you have a collection agency in New York that is good, please let me know. Thanks.
