The downside of ordering from FedEx Office.

I've ordered paper from them 4 times now, and all for times, they've reserved funds on my credit card for the same amount 2x's and then an additional amount minus the tax. So basically they've frozen 3x's my order amount for 4 to 7 days. I contacted them about this 2 days ago, and they stated that is just how their system works, it charges your card 3x's, then at the end of several days, releases the other 2 freezes.

My last order was $212, so they froze a total of $632. That bothers me, especially in these lean times, I don't need funds frozen that they have no business freezing. I will no longer order office supplies from them.

I order from them all the time and this has never happened to me. If they start doing this to me I will go elsewhere. There are times when my business account is low and if they did this to me causing an overdraft I would fight with them until the very end and never ever do business with them again.
