Someone published Todd's home phone number, but while I was searching for it, I came across your message #268979 of 11-4-08 saying you thought you had a solution, that you called Addision and said you were going to pu your check on Friday, then said you were awaiting her reply.
What was the final result on that? Did you just go? Did you just wait a month and decide to take this matter up again?

The response I got when I got there was, sorry checks are not cut in this office. Addyson told me I would not get it, I tried though. I only did this because it was for some people I know in my town. I have talked with their lender and he said he didnt know they were like that. I directed him to this website, he promised me that he would send a copy of the check he paid them and now he wont answer his phone. I am not giving up.

don't wish this on anyone. They used to be great, but times have really changed.

If anyone has the bogus check #s closing quest likes to tell you are in the mail, please e mail them to me @ [e-mail address] , this may give the IRS a good place to start tracking the checks from the time they supposedly wrote them to where they actually wound up. as many times as they said the check was in the mail and gave us a check # is not good, that many checks aren't lost in the mail.

Be sure to file a complaint with the Tennessee Secretary of State. Here is the website www.state.tn.us/complaint. Go into the how to file a complaint on the left side of the website.

Everyone who is owed should be following Margaret O's sugges
tion. Since it is online - it would take you longer to reply to this post than to lodge a complaint to the proper source.

Re: Everyone who is owed should be following Margaret O's sugges
I will follow her suggestion, I did not expect to get my money through the IRS, I expected to get my revenge by knowing they were in the hot seat as the fraud division may pick up on their practices and investigate further. We all know they get their money up front. when we work directly for a title company we get paid off the HUD. After all the money comes out of the customers funds. It has to go somewhere.
