I had a call from them just last week. I took the signing - they agreed to my terms. However - although it seems to be the norm, the docs were late - later than the apopintment time. Then too, Barbara didn't realize I had ALL the docs I needed and was waiting for the TC to let her know. The TC called me themselves - weren't too happy with Barbara not telling me all the docs were emailed to me. In defense of myself, I attempted to call the SS, ended up emailing to inquire if I had everything I needed to walk out the door. I received an email statiing that there was more docs to come and to wait for them. I waited. 3 hours after the original appointment, I was at the Brw's house. They weren't too happy with the whole thiing and almost backed out of the deal.

I did a couple of closings for them and I never had a problem with them. They agreed to myterms and paid on time as agreed. Docs were on time and I was able to get any questions answered in a timely mannner.

I do think that perhaps Barbara was super busy. She was really nice on the phone before and after. I wasn't picking on 5 star, merely giving my impression of the company. Isn't that what this forum is for?
