The catch is, you have to pay $3.99 now and appy for the rebate, which taked 8 - 10 weeks to process. I stopped in today to pickup some supplies. Heard a couple of customers complaining about how misleading the instore promotion was.

Limit 2? Whats the point?

We sometimes use that in one day. Call up Quill and buy it when its on sale and just tell them what you want to pay. Buy enough at once they will give you what you what.
