mortgage companies
I did a closing at a mortgage company a few weeks ago. When it was over I was asked for my card. They liked the way I handled the closing.
I got a call yesterday from the same mortgage company to do a closing. They printed the documents. I did the closing and dropped off the documents afterwards.
My guess (hope) is that this mortgage company will call me whenever they have a closing from now on.
Point: There are more closings going on out there than we realize. And not just mortgage companies.
The old-timers already know this. It's something the newer signing agents might consider when doing their marketing campaign. Reach out to more than just the TCs and signing services.
