work
Is anyone having luck with getting closings? I haven't received any in over a month and I am located in Dallas.

Re: work, LOL
Did you mean 7 closings for November? This is December 1st.

I've done 12 the month of November, and turned down about the same due to the low ball rates, they want to pay. still haveing trouble with ClosingQuest and sending them the same 7 page fax everyday and calling repeatedly. when I get the info together I am going to turn them in to the IRS fraud division.

Since you are the same state as Closing Quest, why aren't you taking a more sure-fire route against them? ie, whoever licenses them, Small claims court, etc.

I'm interested in knowing....
**when I get the info together I am going to turn them in to the IRS fraud division.**
Do you have information that this company violated the IRS code? That failed to properly file returns or that they in fact did not report income?
The IRS is not a collection agency. Instead of wasting your time with them, why don't you do as Julie suggested and use your local resources such as small claims court or possibly a collection agency?

I have been fortunate enough to be getting fairly steady work here in VA. In fact, I was pretty slammed last Wednesday & into this week. The work is coming from my regulars plus a few new ones. I'm still waiting for those loan mods to start flowing. I'm sorry that things are tough for many of you in some parts of the country.
