Does anyone have a new phone number? I have tried to call 561-208-3803 and it is disconnected. Thanks for your help.

Hi Michael, I am not showing that you have performed a closing for our company and am also sorry that you feel the way that you do and understand considering the postings toward our company. Please note this was due a co-owner of our company not performing his responsibilities properly and I am working deligently to restore the reputation of our company. The co-owner that I speak of is no longer part of our company due to his actions.

The new # is 954 481 8957 Please speak only with Viki. Also, Tommy and Viki are basically very good people and are probably having the same difficulty as everyone else. One thing I can tell you with very high confidence is that if they owe you money but yet are slow in getting it to you, regardless they will pay you.
I have known them for a couple of years now and personally I like them very much. If you want to send me PM with your info or call me at 561 963 6232 I can speak to them on your behalf. I have done this for other notaries because I do have a good relationship with them and would be glad to. Let me know if I can help. Good luck.

Run, run, run.
I was finally paid AFTER I threatened small claims court. I e-mailed, faxed, called several times and no response. Finally, had to take more drastic action and I had a check within the week. Be very careful.

Hi Jan, I sincerely apologize for your delay in your payment. This was due to previous management of our billing department not entering closing / notary invoices properly and this has since been corrected by the co-ownership of our company being terminated. As soon as your invoice was brought to our attention by the co-owner, which is no longer part of our company and which I believe you had contacted, your payment was issued by the sole owner of our company. Please note that I manage our billing department and will ensure this does not happen with our notaries in the future. I am working very diligently to restore the reputation of our company as well.

Hi Kathy, I apologize for the bad experience that you have had with our company. I am working very diligently to prevent this from happening again to all of our notaries and it is unfortunate that mistakes have been made due to previous management of our billing department. This has since been corrected due to co-ownership being terminated for this very reason.
