I consider Monica a friendly, kind person based on my interactions with her, but they don't have much work in Texas...so I have never worked for her...just chatted on the phone. So...they pay at 60, Lee? Do they let the notary know that up front?

Re: AMR Notary...more like 45 days... Sorry for disinfo...
Truth to tell, Brenda, I really don't know. My answer was off the top of my head, but I did check my records and it's really more like 45 days. Worked with Monica for soooo long that I just don't worry about it. As an ol' r.e. broker, I am quite used to getting paid at odd intervals and if it's in the pipeline, it'll come. I don't get real excited until something hits the 60 day mark...tho' I might e-mail at 45 or so.
