I have heard that Articulate Notary is a goner....they owe me for four signings...just curious if any of you have heard anything? I have read the posts on search....

They owe me one since 10/17/07. I've called, email, re-fax invoices and nothing. Really makes a person wonder who they can trust, At least they could have the common courtesy to say yea or nay. Their ph # is only for the program manager and you have to have a pin.

I have done the same as you. I had heard they are gone. I hate losing $475.00 I am not in this for charity or fun. They have no common courtesy. So they call and beg at end of month previously. Had been a good customer. The first was November 16th. Then in December three fast ones...just makes me so mad. I had read these posts and all good things were said. But, I guess they had not been burned yet. I wonder how many more are out there? I called the TC and they said they never had heard about them. Good grief.....that is a lie too.

I only had one, but like you, I took it because of all the good post. When I sent the loan docs back they were sent to Articulate Notary Service, Att: Francis Ancero. If they have stiffed all the notary's hope their next job is picking up trast or cans.

I have Fed Ex slips that are sent to Fidelity Irvine Ca. I called them and they denied working with them. I think I am calling and start proceedings to sue. I cannot afford to give up any money such as this. Good luck to you and I hope yopu hear something. Please let me know and I will let you know as well.......thanks so much!

If they were working as a proper agent for a title company and/or lender...they have legally bound their client to contract with you.
