Another one bites the dust.

Well, another signing company is showing signs of distress. Articulate Notary Service in Cerritos California has now disconnected all of their phones. Their website is still up, but they don't answer any e-mails. Anyone have any contact info. for a guy named Francis Ancero? What happens when another notary stiffs you? Can you call the Secretary of State of California and report them?
